Cancellation Policy
All lesson absences need to be addressed at least 24-hours in advance to avoid a non-refundable loss of lesson. School concerts, vacations, and basketball games are important parts of life, but they require planning in advance. Please let your instructor know as these things arise so they can arrange for a make-up lesson. If there is a no-call/no-show, or late notice of absence the lesson will be lost and no refund will be given. Exceptions will be given for illness, if the student (or student’s ride) is sick, inclement weather, or if there is an emergency. To notify us about cancellations or to reschedule a lesson, you can contact your instructor directly or contact the store at (573) 442-9141 or showmeacademy@gmail.com
If your instructor cancels a lesson, the lesson will resume the following week and any payment will be carried over to a future lesson to compensate for the missed lesson; you will not be charged for a missed lesson if your instructor cancels. It is the instructor’s responsibility to notify the student of their absence.
Billing
Lessons start at $100 a month for FOUR (4) 30-minute lessons ($25.00/lesson), with one lesson per week. Hour lessons are offered at a rate of $200/month for FOUR (4) lessons ($50/lesson), with one per week. Instructors are also able to work with students individually regarding unique scheduling circumstances. Invoices are sent on the 1st of the month by email via Square and are due by the 11th of the month. You can pay this invoice in-store, online, or by setting up an automatic payment to your credit card.
NOTE: Lesson pricing may be different based on individual instructor and the student will be notified if rates are different than listed above.
